Cancellation Policy: You’ll receive a full refund if Darryl Davis Seminars, Inc. receives your written cancellation and all materials obtained at the seminar 21 days before the event. No cancellations or refunds are issued 72 hours before the program begins. A $125 cancellation fee may apply. Tuitions can be transferred to another person if we receive written notice 10 days prior to the event. Transferred enrollments do not qualify for a refund.
Tax Deduction of Expenses: An income tax deduction is allowed for expenses of education (including registration fees, travel, meals and lodging) undertaken to maintain and improve professional skills. (Trea. Reg. 1.162-5 Coughlin v Commissioner 203 F2d 307)
